Recommend a sampling rate
The sampling rate the last seven days of traffic allow. Reading it changes nothing.

The sampling rate the application's traffic allows. Nothing is applied.
recommended_sampling_rate*Recommended Sampling Rate20 000 over inputs.pageviews_per_day, rounded up to the next 0.05, at least 0.2 or the operator's floor where that is higher, at most 1.0. 1.0 when the window holds no traffic.
sampling_rate*Sampling RateThe rate the application has configured, as collection.sampling_rate.
inputs*The weighted traffic of the window the recommendation rests on.
time_range*The last seven full UTC days.
