Disable Application Proxy Secret
Disable proxy trust: invalidate both the current and the previous secret.
Beacons from the customer's proxy keep flowing afterwards; the edge just falls back to the proxy server's IP as the client IP (the pre-feature behavior). Idempotent: deleting an absent secret is a no-op.
