Dismiss Unknown Hostname
Dismiss a discovered host (after adopting it, or to hide noise).
Removes it for EVERY application that observed it - once the domain is a Site (or the customer hid it) it's no longer a suggestion regardless of source. The path segment is unchanged on the wire: only the parameter's name moved, so a caller's URL keeps working.
