List the visitors of the window, 5 minutes by default
The visitors seen in the window, 5 minutes by default, each by their newest pageview.
Read from live_beacons, every beacon of the last three hours ordered by time,
so a poll reads the window and not the site's day. A snapshot with no cursor:
each response stands alone. meta.next_poll_ms sets the cadence.
