Update Organization
Update organization. Owner-only.
ai_enabled is a compliance-grade kill-switch: when flipped off, every
/v1/ai/* endpoint returns 403 and no beacon data from this org
ever reaches Mistral. Owner-level access is required so a single
regular member can't unilaterally enable / disable AI for the whole
organization.
