List the organization's API keys
The organization's keys - display metadata only, never the secret.
Lists what this organization issued: the keys that act here, and the ones it issued as an agency to act for its clients.
Each entry carries editable, the answer to "may I change this one":
false for a key that holds permissions the caller does not. Revoking is
never gated by it, so no second flag says so: whoever sees this list may
pull anything on it.
